Dr. Sarah Tuley-Coleman has been offering 1:1 flute lessons to all ages and expertise levels for many years. In addition to private flute instruction, Tuley-Coleman’s teaching experience also has lead to many other instructional endeavors, including conducting and leading several flute and chamber ensembles, serving as faculty for summer flute camps, serving as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Louisville, and giving presentations at flute conventions such as the Flute Society of Kentucky.
Dr. Tuley-Coleman’s enthusiasm for the love of music shines through her teaching. In addition to teaching flute fundamentals and techniques, she aims to instill the love of music in her students by encouraging them to reach, and even surpass their perceived potential, both as musicians and as individuals.
